    用水提取百合块茎粗多糖 ,经Sevag脱蛋白质 ,透析后经DEAE cellulose及SephadexG 10 0柱色谱纯化 ,得到百合纯多糖组分LBPS I .经完全酸水解 ,PC ,GC ,IR ,高碘酸氧化 ,Smith降解 ,甲基化分析 ,1H及13C NMR等研究百合多糖的化学结构 ,表明LBPS I的相对分子质量为30 2 0 0 ,比旋光度 [α]2 0D =+192 .3(c 0 .75 ,H2 O) ,特性粘度 [η]=14.0 6× 10 3 mL/ g .LBPS I是由α D (1,4 ) Glcp和α D (1,3) Glcp以 2∶1的比例交替形成主链 ,并有α D (1,6) Glcp侧链的葡聚糖 .小鼠移植性实体瘤研究表明 ,LBPS I对移植性黑色素B16和Lewis肺癌有较强的抑制作用

    通过DPPH法测定葡萄籽原花青素抗氧化、清除自由基能力,实验表明:随着葡萄籽原花青素纯化程度的提高,其抗氧化、清除自由基的能力也相应地提高。葡萄籽原花青素纯化物的抗氧化、清除自由基能力大于VC和芦丁,葡萄籽粗提物的抗氧化、清除自由基能力略低于VC,但高于芦丁。GSP、GSPP1、GSPP2、GSPP3、GSPP3-SP、VC、芦丁清除DPPH自由基的半抑制量分别为118,93,88,86,63,110,170 g/kg,其自由基清除能力AE分别为0.84×10-2、1.08×10-2、1.14×10-2、1.16×10-2、1.58×10-2、0.59×10-2、0.59×10-2。

    对鲜山药中水溶性粗多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,研究了料液比、提取温度、时间和乙醇体积分数对粗多糖得率的影响,极差分析及方差分析结果表明提取温度和料液比是影响山药粗多糖提取的主要因素,较优的工艺为料液比1 g:9 mL,温度50 ℃,时间2.5 h,乙醇体积分数75%,在此工艺条件下,鲜山药粗多糖得率为0.2449%(以鲜山药质量计).

    采用一套有效容积为3.2L的UASB反应器,接种普通城市污水处理厂污泥浓缩池污泥,以自配合NH4^+N和NO2^-N的废水为进水,对ANAMMOX反应过程的启动和运行特征进行了研究.结果表明:进水溶解氧质量浓度为2.7~3.2mg/L,反应器的启动经历了污泥适应期、ANA-MMOX活性表现期及ANAMMOX活性提高期3个阶段,在反应器运行的第119天,NH4^+N和NO2^-N的去除率分别为96.6%,75.4%,成功启动了厌氧氨氧化过程.在将NH^+-N浓度从50mg/L提高到70mg/L,使进水中NH4^+N比NO2^-N为1:1.32时,NH4^+N、NO2^--N、TN的去除率分别达到了99.9%,99.9%和91.2%.ANAMMOX反应过程中,去除的NH4^+-N、NO2^--N和生成的NO3^--N的比例表现为1:1.54:0.30.pH出水高于进水,稳定在8.4左右.碱度进、出水变化不大.获得的具有厌氧氨氧化活性的污泥为褐色,并在反应器的下部形成了褐色颗粒污泥.运行表明,容积负荷、反应区温度对ANAMMOX反应的稳定运行产生明显影响.

    研究了氨水预处理秸秆、秸秆粉碎、接种量、接种污泥含水率、反应温度以及氮源等对农作物秸秆厌氧发酵产甲烷的影响.结果表明农作物秸秆厌氧消化产甲烷的适宜条件是用质量分数10%的氨水预处理,秸秆长度8 cm,接种量11.5(干物质质量比),接种污泥含水率91.7%,反应温度35℃,尿素添加量为秸秆用量的0.5%.在厌氧的条件下,农作物秸秆在厌氧消化反应容器中的停留时间为13~15 d,每克秸秆可以制取甲烷92.33 mL,可实现能量回收.
