Abstract:The research progress of tea products and its application in the cigarette are reviewed. The applications of tea products in cigrette mainly include:leaf group formula flavored,the tea combined filter,functional tea reconstituted tobacco,function ingredients of tea applied in the cigarette. Tea used in conventional cigarettes,that tend to increasing the cigarette fragrance,enhancing tobacco quality and decreasing harm of smoking. In addition,some novel cigarette product are also discussed. In this paper,the applications of tea in cigarette are summarized,and forecasted.

Abstract:Prepared of Pd/MSN and its catalytic performance on glucose to sodium gluconate were studied in this manuscript. The structure of Pd/MSN was characterized by FI-IR,XRD,SEM and TEM. The catalytic performance of the catalysts used in oxidation of glucose was evaluated. The experimental results showed that Pd/MSN had uniform particle size,higher dispersion and excellent glucose oxidase activity. The optimal condition of the reaction was as follows:4% palladium loading,stirring rate 500 r/min,reaction temperature at 80℃. A catalytic activity of 95.6% was obtained under the optimal preparation condition.

Abstract:The present study was to synthesize novel hydrophilic phytosterol esters through an intermediate phytosterol hemisuccinate, which was first prepared with phytosterols and succinic anhydride and subsequently coupled with polyethylene glycol. The effects of micelle catalyst and reaction conditions were investigated. Results showed that the combination of sodium lauryl sulfate and hydrochloric acid was highly efficient in the catalysis for the ester synthesis. The optimum reaction conditions were: 6% catalyst dose (w/w), 1∶2 molar ratio of phytosterol hemisuccinate to phytosterol polyethylene glycol succinate at 140 ℃ for 2 h. With the optimum conditions, the conversion reached above 96%.

Abstract:A rapid detection method of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was established, which was based on the optical signal of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs) generated. With the synergetic effect of 4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-1- piperazineethanesulfonic acid(HEPES), sodium citrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), H2O2 reduced chloroauric acid and AuNPs of different colors were generated with different concentrations of H2O2. H2O2 could thus be qualitatively detected by the naked eyes, and the sensitivity of 0.8 μmol/L was reached. By the spectrophotometry, 0.06 μmol/L of H2O2 could be detected with the linear range of 0.2~1 000 μmol/L. Using the method, the beef omasum samples spiked with 10, 25 and 100 μg/g H2O2 were analyzed with the detection recoveries of 75.2%~82.5% and relative deviation of less than 13%. Moreover, by the naked eyes 25 μg/g of H2O2 in beef omasum could be detected. The developed method is therefore highly sensitive, low cost, convenient and rapid and has high application potential in the H2O2 detection for various foods and biological samples.

Abstract:Lycopene is a natural food colorant existing in tomatoes and tomato-based foods. It has attracted much attention due to its various physiological activities but the poor water-solubility limits its utilization in food technology. A vacuum heating and emulsifying system was herein used to prepare the pre-emulsified lycopene powder. The ingredients and the technology were investigated via single factor and orthogonal experiments using lycopene water dispersibility as evaluation index. The optimal processing parameters were as follows: the sample was heated to 155 ℃ and kept for 1.5 min, and a composite emulsifier including sucrose ester and glycerol monostearate at the ratio of 3∶5 was used with a dosage of 4.5%. At the same time, sugar powder and/or maltodextrin and/or modified starch could be used as an excipient. The content of lycopene reached 3.35% and the powder possessed dark-red color, fast dissolution, good solubility and emulsion stability and the cis-isomers took up to 58.53 % of total lycopene.

Abstract:Rape bee pollen was powered and extracted by 95% ethanol under reflux,then extracting the filer residue by deionized water under 60 ℃. Adding 95% ethanol into the extract,rested and layered,then acquired the ethanol sediment of rape bee pollen. Isolating the ethanol sediment with DEAE-cellulose column,HW-55F chromatographic column,Sephacryl chromatographic column and Sepharose chromatographic column,acquired one main polysaccharide compound. Identifing the purity of this compound by Sephadex G-100 chromatographic column and ultraviolet spectral analysis,then using nuclear magnetic mathod to analyse the 1H-NMR、13C-NMR and 135DEPT-NMR of this compound,obtained its structural formula:HOCH2-[CHOH]4-COOH. Irrigating the immune suppression mice with this component of rape bee pollen,results showed that this component of rape bee pollen could improve the thymus index(P<0.01),spleen index(P<0.01) and serum IgG level(P<0.01) of immune suppression mice significantly.

Abstract:Different kinds of biotin immunogens were synthesized for mice immunization and the obtained monoclone antibody was used for the development of indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. With the method of high specificity and sensitivity,the half inhibition concentration of biotin was 2.01 ng/mL and the detection limit was 0.32 ng/mL,and the biotin content in liquid milk and milk powder samples could be accurately detected. Compared with the national standard,the method was sufficiently stable,convenient,sensitive and accurate for the analysis of biotin in real samples.

Abstract:The paper set up a new method to determine the concentrations of trace elements in Starfish samples in 7 different places The samples digested by microwave digestion,and trace elements amounts of Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Cd and Pb in samples solutions were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The principal components analysis and cluster analysis of SPSS11.5 were applied to the study of experiment data. The result showed that the average concentrations of Cd and Cr in Starfish samples were more than those national limited values(GB2762-2012),Besides,the principal component analysis showed that three principal components accounted for more than 60%,and Zn,Se,Ni and As were characteristic elements in Starfish samples. In addition,It also preliminarily analyzed human intake of characteristic elements,According to those characteristic elements,the result of clustering analysis showed that the samples could be reasonably clustered into two groups,including swallow and starfish,when the Euclidean distance was 25.0. These samples could also be divided into five categories and eight categories by such analysis methods. The analyzed result showed that the clustering analysis was partly based on the difference in varieties. Therefore,it was more important to consider genetic reasons while choosing Starfish,The research provided the development and utilization of Starfish with important information.

Abstract:In this study, transglutaminase (MTG) from S. hygroscopicus was molecularly modified to improve the thermostability. Mutant MTG (4-284) containing a disulfide bond in the N-terminal region was constructed through sequence aligment, structure analysis and the software Disulfide by Design. After treatment at 55 ℃ for 10 min, MTG (4-284) remained 95% activity whereas MTG only retained 15% activity. The T50 values of MTG and MTG (4-284) were 58 and 65 ℃, respectively. Results in this study could improve genetic reconstruction and promote the industry application of MTG.

Abstract:The browning during storage is responsible for the quality deterioration of white soy sauce. The effects of temperature,oxygen and illumination on the color of white soy sauce based on browning index were investigated. The relation between the browning(browning index,coloration,red index etc.) and Maillard reaction(amino nitrogen,total sugar,reducing sugar and free amino acids etc.) was analyzed. Results indicated that the temperature and oxygen content significantly accelerated the browning of white soy sauce,while the effect of illumination was not distinct. The browning index,coloration and luminosity of white soy sauce were expressed as exponential regression equation with storage time. During storage,the total nitrogen content remained constant;the amino nitrogen,total sugar and reducing sugar decreased;pH and titratable organic acid increased. The content of alanine,glycine and methionine changed slightly and tyrosine increased significantly,while the other free amino acids showed a downward tendency. Glucose decreased,but the content of other reducing sugars changed slightly. It was concluded that browning would be mostly ascribable to the formation of melanoidins between glucose and glutamic,which were the dominant reducing sugar and amino acid in white soy sauce.

Abstract:To compare the extraction rates,polymerization degree distribution and antioxidant properties,inulin was extracted from fresh Jerusalem artichoke via hot water,enzyme-assisted,ultrasound-assisted and microwave-assisted hot water respectively. Polymerization degree analysis of different the inulin extracts were assessed by Milipore with different molecular weight cut,and their own antioxidant activity were evaluated in vitro by radical scavenging assay such as DPPH、?OH and O2-?. The results of the experiment showed that the optimal process conditions were 1 g∶20 mL of Jerusalem artichoke and the microwave at 800 W for 6 min,before water at 80 ℃ for 120 min,and the highest extract ratio of inulin was 15.35% in these conditions. The average degrees of inulin extracted by ultrasound-assisted and microwave-assisted technology are lower than that extracted by the traditional hot water and enzyme-assisted technology. Specifically,the polymerization degrees from 30 to 60 had decreased from 32.5% to 28.6% and 16.5%,and the polymerization degrees above 60 had decreased from 13.6% to 6.8% and 3.6%. Experimental results suggested that inulin had some antioxidant ability in vitro and there is dose-effect relation. Especially it is important to note that the antioxidant capacity of inulin varies with different extraction techniques,and the inulin sample extracted by microwave-assisted technology had relatively strong scavenging capability to reactive oxygen species.

Abstract:The high molecular polysaccharide fraction was purified by precipitating a hot-water extract with 20%(V/V) ethanol from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum cultivar 'Hunonglingzhi 1'. The high performance size exclusion chromatography - multiple angle laser light scattering - refractive index detector(HPSEC-MALLS-RI) was adopted to determine the molecular characteristics of this fraction. Results indicated that the polysaccharide possessed high weight average molecular weight(Mw) of 2.28×106,small polydispersity of 1.14 and large gyration radius(Rg) of 150.1 nm,and existed with a rigid chain conformation in the liquid solution. Structural analysis showed that this polysaccharide was a β-(1,3)/(1,6)-linked D-glucan. Its content determined by HPLC in wood cultivated fruiting bodies was about 0.52 mg/g,which was significantly higher than that in bag cultivated pattern.

Abstract:As the problem of adulteration of shark products worsens and the effective detection method lacks, this study designed a set of primers and probe based on the mitochondria DNA sequences of shark published in GenBank using the software of Primer Express 2.0, so as to establish a method of Taqman probe fluorescent PCR for the detection of shark derived materials. Results showed that 13 samples that had been identified as shark fins all displayed the amplified curves. The specificity of this method was good with all of 12 shark derived samples indicating the existence of shark DNA and with no amplification curves for the other 9 samples not derived from shark species. The detection is sensitive and the minimum detectable plasmid copy number was 10 copies/μL. It is also rapid and simple and the results have good repeatability and stability. Therefore, the method can be applied to the identification of shark derived products in marketplaces, such as fins.

Abstract:In this paper,the streak plate separation method was used to classify and identify the primary bacterial flora in the pulp of paper-making reconstituted tobacco sheet according to colony shape,bacterial characteristics,physio-biochemical tests as well as 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results indicated that the spoilage bacteria in the pulp of paper-making reconstituted tobacco sheet were Acinetobacter johnsonii and Pseudomonas sp. Besides,the antibacterial effects of five food preservatives(potassium sorbate,sodium diacetate,butylparaben sodium,EDTA-2Na and ε-polylysine(ε-PL)) on the spoilage bacteria were evaluated. The results revealed that these five preservatives could be ranked in decreasing order of antibacterial activity as follows:ε-PL> EDTA-2Na> butylparaben sodium > sodium diacetate > potassium sorbate. The minimal inhibitory concentrations of ε-PL to Acinetobacter johnsonii and Pseudomonas putida were 0.075 and 0.05 mg/mL,respectively.

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of pasteurization,UHT and microwave treatment on quality of blueberry Juice,the aroma of Blueberry Juice were identified by using head space solid phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME/GC-MS) combined with GC-MS,and the parameters,including microflora,nutrients and DPPH free radical scavenging ability,were analysis. The results indicated the 47 volatile aroma components of blueberry Juice,mainly alcohols,esters,olefin,ketones and aldehydes,were identified,the relative content of different thermal treatment blueberry juice has significantly different,it accounted for about 45.66%~84.53% of aroma components. The aroma components of microwave treatment sample up to 25 species. Microwave sterilization can effectively kill microorganisms of blueberry juice,the changes of total soluble solids and total acid content are low,and contents of anthocyanins and polyphenols highly retained rate,DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of microwave treatment were up to 89.22% after storage 90d. Microwave sterilization not only kill the acid-resistant micro-organisms,maintain the nutrition,DPPH free radical scavenging capacity and color,but it also have a pleasant aroma,is a very promising sterilization methods.

Abstract:The study aimed to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Using extraction rate as evaluation index,the polysaccharide content was assayed by the phenol-sulfuric method. Based on the orthogonal test,the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were:material-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),extraction power 450 W,temperature 60 ℃ and time 50 min. With the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was up to 3.11%.

Abstract:127 strains of yeast were isolated from grape epidermis,vineyard soil and natural fermented grape mash from the vineyard of the Sixth Division in Xinjiang province. After primary screening,secondary screening and comprehensive tolerance experiment,we obtained yeast strain F12 with excellent fermentation performance. According to sugar fermentation,carbon and nitrogen sources assimilation,colony characteristics,cell morphology,and 5.8SrDNA ITS region gene sequencing,F12 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It was found that F12,which adapted to grape juice,has a strong fermentation ability and good flocculation. F12 could ferment in grape juice with sugar content above 400 g/L,SO2 concentration above 200 mg/L,alcoholic content above 15%,acid content 18 g/L with a wide temperature range of 10 ℃ to 35 ℃. F12 could ferment in grape juice with sugar content above 400 g/L,SO2 concentration above 200mg/L,alcoholic content above 15%,acid content 18 g/L with a wide temperature range of 10 ℃to 35 ℃. The wine fermented by F12 has characteristics of pure color,full-bodied aroma,mellow taste,coordination and typical style.

Abstract:This study was to establish a microwave digestion-ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of Mg and Al contents in sunflower seeds (shells and nuts). With a microwave pre-digestion, 45Sc as internal standard to control the dynamic drift of the signal and an ICP-MS analytical method, Mg and Al recoveries were between 95%~105%, detection limits were separately 0.01 mg/kg and 0.001 mg/kg, and linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0 (RSD≤2%). The values obtained through the same method for the National Standard Rice [GBW10010 (GSB-1)] were also within the standard range. Therefore, the detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirements for determination of Mg and Al contents in sunflower seed shells and nuts, and this method supports to improve quality control standards for sunflower.
