Abstract:Phenolic acids,widely existed in the seed hull,is a kind of natural antioxidant,help plant seeds to maintain its survival and reproduction in the harsh environmentconditions.The mail active ingredient of phenolic acids including : p-coumaric acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and ferulic acid.Among them,ferulic acid was extracted from plants,has the physiologuical role on antioxidant and scavenging free radicals,antithrombosis,improve the cell membrane stability,and anti-inflammatory,regulate immune function.So ferulic acid is a kind of natural,nutrition,multi-function food ingredients.At present,ferulic acid widely used in home and abroad used in medicine,food of application into the development phase.This manuscript briefly introduces the new natural antioxidants ferulic acid of source,production method,main function and the domestic and foreign market survey,for reference.

Abstract:Pickled vegetables processing is an important part of the vegetable processing industry.With the gradual deepening developing of lactic acid bacteria research and new technologies of agricultural products processing,one of the great research interests was focused on the study of pickled vegetables process.In this paper,the microbial diversity,metabolite of lactic bacteria and flavor compound formation,the functional properties evaluations as well as the ferment starter application of pickled vegetables were elucidated among the domestic and foreign research progress.This can provide the references for technology development and research of pickled vegetables processing.

Abstract:In order to provide reference for production of Cyclocarya paliurus polysccharide on a large scale in bioreactor,and solve the problem of Cyclocarya paliurus resources scarcity,the effects of nutrition conditions on on the growth and polysaccharide content of C.paliurus suspension culture cells were studied in this manuscript.The single factor experiment and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the nutrition conditions and the result were listed as follows: for cell growth: 40 g/L sucrose+30 mmol/L total nitrogen +2 mmol/L Mg2++4 mmol/L Ca2+.for polysaccharide production:40 g/L sucrose+30 mmol/L total nitrogen +3 mmol/L Mg2++3 mmol/L Ca2+.

Abstract:Two κ-carrageenan oligosaccharides were prepared by acidic degradation.Then the maleyol derivatives(MA、MB) with similar degree of substitution(0.44) were synthesized with maleyol anhydride,respectively.The products were characterized by FI-IR.Their antioxidant activities were evaluated by the scavenging of hydroxyl radical,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhrazyl radicals(DPPH) and reducing power.The results indicated that MA showed higher antioxidant activities than that of MB,the reason may be related to the molecular weight.

Abstract:In this study,two pairs of primers were designed according to the upstream and downstream sequence of sae gene and used to amplify the homologous arms by PCR.Then the upstream and downstream homologous arms were cloned into the shuttle vector pBT2 with the Em resistance gene fragment from the plasmid p646 inserted as a selection marker between the two sequences.The plasmid pBT2Δsae was constructed.The homologous recombination vector was subsequently transformed into S.aureus RN4220 by electroporation,S.aureus RNΔsae deletion mutant was successfully selected by homologous recombination at 40 ℃ and confirmed by PCR.Subsequently,the sae gene expression level was also valuated by RT-PCR.This study provided the useful tool for further exploring the regulation mechanism of sae gene in S.aureus.

Abstract:with the flesh of fish as main raw materialthe crisp dehydrated re-structured fish balls was prepared by the vacuum microwave puffing technology in this study.The effects of differetn kinds of auxiliary materials and cooking time on the expansion ratio and organoleptic quality of the re-structured fish balls were studied by single factor experiments,furthermore,the effect of microwave power and vacuum degree on the drying rate,expansion ratio and organoleptic quality of the re-structured fish ball were also determined and listed as follows: flesh of fish(after pretreatment) 100 g,glutinous rice flour 10 g,pig fat 4 g,salt 2 g,white sugar 6 g,chives,ginger and garlic seasoning 0.6 g,cooking time 6 min,the vacuum degree-0.095 MPa and microwave power 180 W,drying time 15 min.Under the optimum conditions,the products from this process demonstrated that a uniform faint yellow,the flavour of raw materials,and taste exquisite and crisp.

Abstract:In this manuscript,a halotolerant marine strain Aspergillus sp ZJUBE-1 possessed the production of endoglucanase and β-Gluase with high cellulase activities was isolated from the submarine mud sample of Zhejiang inshore,and identified as Aspergillus niger by two different methods of both the morphology and 18S rDNA gene sequences.The optimal medium compositions for liquid-state fermentation for cellulase production by strain ZJUBE-1 were determined and listed as follows: wheat bran 2.5%,NH4Cl or(NH4)H2PO4 1%,NaCl 3~ 3.6%.Under the condition of shaking culture for 7 days,at 37 ℃,the initial medium pH 6.0 and rotating speed 180 r/min,the maximum activities of carboxymethyl cellulase activity(CMCase),β-glucosidases(β-Gluase) and filter paper activity(FPA) were respectively reached at 5.3 U/mL-1,5.4 U/mL-1 and 0.75 U/mL,respectively.Moreover,the result showed that the strain still has cellulase productive ability,even the NaCl concentration exceed 24%.The studies on enzymatic properties showed that the optimal reaction temperature for CMCase,β-Gluase and FPA was the same temperature at 65 ℃,but the optimal pH value of three enzyme production were different,corresponding to 4.0,5.0,5.0,respectively.It was also found that even on the condition of 2~12% NaCl(β-Gluase is about in 2~16%),the production of three cellulase keep higher activities.These above-mentioned results indicated that the strain ZJUBE-1 has an extensive applications under high salinity environment in many fields,such as wastewater treatment,textile industry,HYPERLINK "http://dict.cnki.net/dict_result.aspx?searchword=%e6%b5%b7%e4%ba%a7%e5%93%81%e5%8a%a0%e5%b7%a5&tjType=sentence&style=&t=marine+products+processing" marine products processing and the utility of seaweed for energy source for its high salt-tolerant property in the near future.

Abstract:The objective of this study is to investigate the optimization of extraction conditions of antibacterial substance from Kadsura longipedunculata and antimicrobial activity.Spoilage bacteria and funguses were used as the tested strains.According to the single-factor experiments,four levels of the factors were selected for the central composite design and response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction conditions of from K.longipedunculata.And the antimicrobial activity of K.longipedunculata extract was investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: concentration ethanol of 50%,extraction pH of 6.76,liquid-to-solid ratio of 18∶1(mL/g),temperature of 75 ℃and time of 3.9 h.The diameter of inhibition zone of extracts against Staphylococcus aureus reached with verified value being of 27.5mm that was almost equal to the estimated value being of 27.68 mm(CI>95%).The extract had the prominent antibacterial activity on bacteria and the antimicrobial diameters were greater than 20mm.While there was no sensitivity against Colletotrichum magiferae and Aspergillus niger,et al.The MICs on test bacteria were 3.125~25mg/mL.

Abstract:In this study,a dextran-producting strain T-L1,was isolated from kefir by by lactobacillus screening and dextran yeild analysis.Then strain T-L1 was identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by the morphological properties and 16S rRNA sequence.Furthermore,the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to optimize the nutrients and environmental conditions for increasing production of dextran by strain T-L1.The optimum conditions for dextran production listed as follows: the initial pH 6.5,the fermentation temperature 28 ℃,the inoculation volume 5% and the fermentation time 24 h.Under the optimum condtions,the titer of dextran was achieved at 30.12 g/L,higher 41.08% than that of the control.

Abstract:In this study,with the DPPH radical scavenging as the index of antioxidant activity,the Box-Behnken design combined with response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions of the antioxidant components from cherry seed.The optimum extraction processing parameters were determined as follows: ultrasonic power 500 W,liquid/material ratio(mL/g) 30:1,ethanol concentration 40%(V/V),extraction temperature 50℃,and extraction time 5 min.Under the optimum conditions,the total flavonoids content is(11.13 ± 0.48) mg/g of the extracts,and the extracts exhibited significant the antioxidant activities such as DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical scavenging effects,and reducing power.

Abstract:In order to elucidate the protective effects and mechanism of Ganoderma Lucidum Triterpenoids(GLT) on Alzheimer Disease model animals,two different groups rats was divided.it was found that the model animals exhibited the worse ability in learning and memory and a lower Na+-K+-ATPase activity.The addition of GLT significantly improved the above indexes(P<0.05).GLT can protect AD model animals,GLT improved the learning and memory dysfunction in aging model rats,the following mechanism may be improving energy metabolism in brain.

Abstract:The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of OCT on blood glucose,lipid and anti-oxidation function of mice fed with high-fat diet.For this,Process and Methods: Three weeks feeding of C57BL/6 mice was divided into normal group(control),high-fat group(HFD),high-fat +octreotide(OCT) group,high-fat +0.1 wt % lipoic acid(LA) group,and feed 3 weeks.Among them,the OCT group were injected 0.1mL of OCT(20?g/ k g) during the third week,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was done at the end of the third week.The levels of blood TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,AI,levels ROS,CAT,T-AOC,MDA of liver,muscle,fat and brain were measured.It was found that OCT significantly reduce the curve size of blood glucose in OGTT experiment.Compared with HFD group(p<0.05),OCT decreased the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,AI but increase HDL-Clevel.OCT injection could significantly reduce the levels of ROS,MDA and increase the levels of CAT,T-AOC in tissues of liver,muscle,fat and brain compared with HFD group(p<0.05,which indicated that OCT injection can improve lipid metabolism and alleviate oxidative stress in mice fed with high-fat diet.

Abstract:By using single factor experiment and central composite design,the optimal culture conditions of Coriolus versicolor for polysaccharides production were determined as polyptone 5.870 g/L,maltose53.120 g/L,pH 5,temperature 28℃ shear speed 150 r/min.Under these conditions,the EPS production reached at 10.0982 g/L.Furthermore,EPS were treated by Sevag method to remove the protein and purified by gel filtration on Sepharose CL-6B chromatography.The antioxidant activity was determined by Phenanthroline-Fe2+ method and DPPH assay.The polysaccharides showed notable inhibitory activity of OH and DPPH radical.Thus,the EPS from C.versicolor may be supplied as one natural healthy food.

Abstract:The effect of water activity on the stability of green tea during storage was studied in this manuscript.The Guggenheim-Anderson-de Boer(GAB) equation was applied to model experimental data for moisture content as a function of water activity,and to calculate the monolayer moisture content,where the oxidative reactions are expected to be at minimum.Estimated monolayer moisture content was approximately 3.5%.It was concluded that the rate of ingredients in green tea were at minimum over the water activity range 0.2~0.3.High water activity could accelerated the degradation of green tea.

Abstract:With the increased raw material and energy cost along with environmental pressure,tapioca starch producers have to further improve the technology and optimize the process to be able to grow sustainablely.One major concern in tapioca starch production is how to increase the extraction rate of tapioca starch.In this study,different enzymes are applied to conventional tapioca starch production process using fresh cassava root.Based on the composition of fresh cassava root,the effect of enzymes types,enzyme dosages,enzyme blending and reaction time on the extraction rates of tapioca starch were careful investigated by single factor experiment.It is found out that the blend of an acid protease and pectinase shows positive effect on increasing the extraction rate of tapioca starch.

Abstract:In this study,a method was developed for the determination of Pb,As,Cr,Cd and Sb in the Rice and Rice Flour Noodles by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Calibration with Ge,In,Bi,Sc,as the internal standard was used.The samples were digested using amicrowave oven.The results of the analysis of reference material were compared with certified values.For all analyte elements,the correlation coefficient of the calibration curves were higher than 0.9990,there coveries at the range of 81.3% ~99.2% range,the relative standard at the range of 1.35%~3.16% range(n=6).

Abstract:Antibiotics were increasingly used in animal husbandry,the residue in the dairy products got more attention,the antibiotics residue in milk products not only harmful to human health,but also affect the economic trade.In order to adapt to the requirement of the antibiotic residues detection in milk,a combo strip that detect β-lactams and Tetracyclines in milk simultaneously was developt based on the colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay method in this study.The results present here demonstrated that 12 kinds of β-lactams and 4 kinds of tetracyclines antibiotics can be detected,and the method is simple,reliable.
