Abstract:Enzyme is a biological catalyst with high specificity and has been widely used in food,textile,feed,pharmaceutical,paper and other industries.In this review,the current status and the existing problems of enzyme preparation industry in China were firstly analyzed,and then the applications of enzyme in food,textile,feed and other industries were summarized,and finally the development prospects of enzyme industry were outlined.

Abstract:Paecilomyces cicadae(Ascomycetes),a major parasitic fungus,not only has extremely high edible and nutritional values,but also contained some medicinal components.It is well known as one of the precious edible fungus like Cordyceps sinensis and is especially worthy of exploitation and utilization.Based on the related reports on Paecilomyces cicadae in recent years,this review summarized the metabolites from the Paecilomyces cicadae cultured cellspharmacological effect and fermentation culture of Paecilomyces cicadae.Finally the existing problems and the perspective were deeply discussed.

Abstract:There had been a long history of using chicken broths to improve and treat diseases.In traditional medicine,chicken broths had the effects of warming up the body,elevating energy and vitality,strengthening organs and bones,etc.Recent researches proved that consuming chicken broths can relieve cold symptoms,tiredness,promoting metabolism and increasing immune functions.People found that chicken broths are rich in nutrients like proteins,various amino acids,minerals and trace elements,etc.Carnosine and anserine which are important nutrients in chicken broth,are histamine dipeptide compounds and antioxidative substances with multiple bioactivities.They act as precursors of central nervous histaminergic transmitters,which can regulate central nervous histamine level and activity of serotonin,and hence activate serotonin-related physiological activities.Results showed that chicken broth can improve sleeping qualities,lighten up mood and regulate rhythm of life.With the industrialization of chicken broth production,people are paying much more attention to functional foods like chicken essences.This article summarizes the researches on active components and physiological effects of chicken broths and elucidates the related mechanisms,which can provide consumers with more beneficial information.on the research and development of chicken broths.

Abstract:In this manuscript,the direct competition ELISA method for deoxynivalenol(DON) was established by using enzyme-labeled antigen of DON and antibody.It was found that thedetection range of this method is 1 ~ 100 ng/mL,sensitivity 0.56 ng/mL,50 % inhibitory concentration(IC50) 10 ng/mL,the cross-reaction rate to DON analogues T-2 toxin 12%,the recoveries of corn starch samples 80.2%~91.1%.Moreover,the average intra-assay variation and the average inter-assay variation is less than 15%,and 3%,respectively.

Abstract:In this manuscript,effect of ethanol solutions on the biochemical property and conformation of cutinase were studied.The results showed that the optimum temperatures of cutinase were 65 ℃,55 ℃ and 50 ℃ respectively in 20%(V/V),30% and 40% ethanol solutions.In 20% and 50% ethanol solutions cutinase was stable at 37℃.In 30% and 50% ethanol solutions the optimum pH of cutinase were 9.5 and 9.0 respectively.In 30% ethanol solution the pH stability range of cutinase was 6.5-10.5.In 30% and 40% ethanol solutions activity of cutinase at 37 ℃was enhanced.The inactivation kinetic of cutinase was researched in ethanol solutions at 50 ℃.The results showed that the inactivation kinetic of cutinase in ethanol solutions followed the first order reaction(R2>0.98).And the secondary and the tertiary structure conformations greatly changed in ethanol solutiods.

Abstract:Effect of several different methods on the DNA extraction from Pycnoporus sanguineus were compared in this study.Degenerate primers were designed according to the fungal laccase condervation sequences which was registered on GenBank,.A 1084bp laccase gene fragment was amplified by using genomic DNA from Pycnoporus sanguineus as template.According to the BLAST results,we found that the sequence presented a very high match with the laccase gene from Pycnoporus and shared considerable homology of above 99%.The alignment of amino acids shared considerable homology of above 88%.Therefore,the genomic DNA should be Pycnoporus.

Abstract:The ability to remove lead and copper from aqueous solution by brown algae Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida were investigated in this study.Results were drawn as follows:Pretreatment with Ca(NO3)2,the absorption capacity of two algae for Cu(Ⅱ) decreased by 28%,for Pb(Ⅱ) decreased by 10%.The contribution of functional groups in the biosorption process was confirmed by chemical modification of the groups.The functional group of carboxyl was mainly responsible for the adsorption of two algae investigated here towards Pb2+.The co-anion affect the absorption capacity.When copper chloride was used,higher qmax and k2 were observed as compared to the nitrates and the sulfate at the same pH.

Abstract:Totally 88 fresh tea leaves samples(including new leaves and old leaves) from 5 producing districts in Jiangxi province were analyzed for the contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cr according to relevant national standards.The results reveal that cluster groups are not quite the same for new leaves,old leaves and fresh leaves although 5 groups were obtained each,which indicates that there are no clear natural separatrix,but there are significant differences within cluster groups for each heavy metal(P<0.05).By discriminant analysis with leave-one-out cross-validation,87.5% of fresh leaves were correctly discriminated into new or old one for their significant differences,while just 77.3% were correctly discriminated into mountain group or not.By simple correspondence analysis for data of improved Nemerow integrated pollution index(NIPI) of the six metals,old leaves reach to slightly polluted level while just precautious for new leaves with safe for middle and south district in Jiangxi and precautious for others.In conclusion,there is a slight difference among heavy metals in fresh leaves from various producing districts in Jiangxi but without clear natural separatrix.It’s good and uniform or similar in natural producing condition in Jiangxi and there are no great differences between mountain group and road one.

Abstract:In this study,the animal meat such as the pork,chicken in sausage was replace by the compound glue,starch,soya bean oil and bean dregs to prepare the vegetarian ham.At the same time,the industrial offal bean dregs were added vegetarian ham to improvethe fibrous content.Compared with that of the traditional sausage,the sensory evaluation and TPA instmmental measurement of the vegetarian ham have same qualityge.

Abstract:Glycerophosphocholine(GPC) is obtained by completely deacylated from phosphacholine(PC).In order to obtain the more pure product,a process for separating glycerophosphocholine(GPC) from raw deacylated mixtures of crude soy lecithin is was developed in this manuscript..Then three resins were selected and compared,of them,D113 is selected to more detailed study its adsorption and desorption process.The elution was then eluted on a strong basic resin in OH form.After concerntration,the purity of GPC product is up to 97.11% on dry basis by HPLC analysis.

Abstract:Using goat anti-mouse IgG monoclonal antibody as model protein,antibody modification conditions on the surface of carboxylated superparamagnetic nanoparticles(SMN) A and B were optimized,then hydrodynamic sizes and polydispersity index(PDI) of SMN-A and B before and after antibody modification were compared.Additionally,the biological activity of modifying antibodies was assessed by a competitive format lateral flow immunoassay(LFIA).Optimization results indicated that the best modification conditions were different for SMNs of different sizes and manufactures.Before and after modification,the hydrodynamic size change rate of SMN-A was 6.55%,PDI were 0.011 and 0.046,respectively,the change was minor,while hydrodynamic size change rate of SMN-B was 135.5%,and the dispersivity became worse.Furthermore,the antibody modifying on SMN-A and B both showed good biological activities by LFIA test,and SMN-A indicated better lateral flow performance.Briefly,if antibody modifying SMNs were chosen as labels in LFIA test,size and dispersivity change before and after modification,magnetic signal intensity of the material had great mean in improving detection sensitivity and assay rate.

Abstract:The target of this manuscript is to elucidate the effect of purified polysaccharide(AAP) extracted from Actinidia arguta on the Diabetes Mellitus mouse induced by injecting alloxan.For this,three different doseage of polysaccharide(AAP) from Actinidia arguta was feed to mouse for 21 days,then the index of blood and liver was determined,the result demonstrated that diabetic mice fed with Actinidia arguta polysaccharides can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose levels,improve glucose tolerance in diabetic mice and increase hepatic glycogen content,and decrease blood lipid levels.

Abstract:In this study,the effects of caboxymethyl chitosan(CMC) coating on the crisp quality of Shanghaimi Pears during 60 days of storage at 4 ℃ were studied.The results showed that the firmness of carboxymethyl chitosan-coated pears reached 1.13 times than that of the control pears after 60 days of cold storage(p<0.05).This is mainly due to carboxymethyl chitosan coating repressed the increasing activities of cell wall hydrolytic enzymes(including pectinesterase,polygalacturonase and cellulase),then reducing degradation changes in such cell wall materials as pectin,hemicellulose and cellulose,thereby delaying soft changes in Shanghaimi pears during cold storage.

Abstract:In this manuscript,effect of four phenolic acids,including ferulic,coumaric,salicylic and tannic acid,on the activity of xylanase was investigated through determination of reducing sugars releasing from xylans.The results showed that 0.75 mg/mL ferulic,coumaric and salicylic acid could increased the activity of xylanase by 65.59%,46.21% and 12.83%,respectively.However,tannic acid was found as inhibitor of xylanase,and the activity decreased 37.18% when 0.50 mg/mL was presented.The results of enzyme kinetics showed that these phenolic acids increased the affinity of xylanase for the substrate.The reaction speed increased with coumaric acid added,and significantly reduced by tannic aci

Abstract:This manuscript select four different macroporous resins that were used to static adsorption and desorption attached experiment for flavonoids of Liao Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.Among them,the highest adsorption capability of 76.24% and desorption rate of 67.30% were achieved at macroporous resin HZ-818 and was chosen.By using resin HZ-818,the optimum process conditions was determined and listed as follows: sample concentration 1.6 mg/mL,the sample size 65ml,and sample flow rate 1mg/min;70% ethanol as eluent at 1.5 mL/min,and eluent dosage for 110 mL.Under the optimum conditions,the elution ratio of flavones achieved at 79.57%.

Abstract:In this manuscript,a novel concept of lumping map and a computing method of the transition probability in lumped process were suggested based on Markov model,to investigate the connection bias of amino acids.The results demonstrated that the connection of amino acids had a particular preference which was related to the classification of amino acids,and further verified the scientific of the classification of amino acids.At the same time,the preference would give some help for the prediction of amino acids sequence.
