Abstract:研究了油茶肉质果和肉质叶营养成分及食用安全性。成熟的肉质果(叶)各成分质量分数分别为:水分91.36%(91.58%)、蛋白质7.81%(6.56%)、脂肪3.7%(2.90%)、还原糖30.41%(21.83%)、总糖37.23%(29.28%)、茶皂素2.44%(1.46%)、灰分3.45%。(4.55%)、酸度0.35%(0.46%)。测定的矿物元素中,肉质叶、果的钙含量分别为411.3mg、359mg;锰的含量分别为31.35mg和33.06mg;含有16种氨基酸;所测的6种维生素中,维生素C和叶酸含量较高。毒性试验结果显示,样品为无毒野生果。微核试验和致畸试验结果表明:小鼠微核率与对照组比较,差异不显著(P〉0.05)。小鼠精子致畸率与阳性对照组比较无显著差异(P〉0.05)。样品对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果明显。该野生果基本无毒、无致突变物质,证明油茶肉质果、肉质叶是一种食用安全的野生果和食品资源。

Abstract:用毛细管电泳-电化学检测的方法分析了苦荞麦芽中黄酮类物质,测定了表儿茶素、芦丁、槲皮素的含量。以直径为300μm的碳圆盘电极为工作电极,50 mmol/L硼砂溶液(pH=8.5)为运行缓冲液,对上述3组分的分离检测条件进行优化研究。在优化条件下,3组分可在12 min内完全分离,检出限分别为1.83×10-7,2.9×10-8,1.00×10-7g/L。并运用此法对自助生产的两种苦荞麦芽样品中的黄酮类物质进行跟踪测定,研究了萌发时间对其中营养成分的影响。

Abstract:利用连续式酶反应器(CSTR)、固定化脂肪酶催化合成麦芽糖月桂酸酯。确定了连续生产工艺的最佳条件:在丙酮介质中,起始反应器中麦芽糖的浓度为50 mmol/L,月桂酸浓度为200mmol/L,加酶量为10 g,每天添加4 g麦芽糖,200 mmol/L的月桂酸丙酮溶液以0.15 mL/min进入反应器。本反应器的麦芽糖酯产量可以达到12.32 g/(L.d),麦芽糖的转化率为58%,高于间歇式生产,而且在生产中不需要添加分子筛。研究了产物的分离纯化方法,利用正己烷对产物进行3次洗涤、离心处理,得到的产物麦芽糖月桂酸酯纯度达到94.16%。

Abstract:纯化的黑曲霉Aspergillus niger WM20-11所产的酸性β-甘露聚糖酶经Sephadex G-100凝胶过滤层析和SDS-PAGE分别测得相对分子质量为39 000和40 000;IEF-PAGE测得酶的等电点为4.0;最适作用pH值和温度分别为3.5和70℃;糖质量分数19.6%;Mg2 、Ca2 、Li 、Na 、K 对酶有激活作用,Pb2 、Co2 、Fe3 、Mn2 、Hg2 对酶有抑制作用;酶对角豆胶的Km和Vmax分别为66.7 g/L和333μmol/(min.mg);酶蛋白的氨基酸组成中Asp和Glu含量最高;HPLC分析角豆胶酶水解液的主要产物是低聚糖。

Abstract:采用小鼠热板法和小鼠醋酸扭体法对由不同蛋白酶(碱性蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胃酶、胰酶、中性蛋白酶和复合蛋白酶)水解制备的小麦面筋蛋白短肽的镇痛活性进行了测定。结果表明,由碱性蛋白酶、胃酶、胃酶和胰酶复合水解制备的3种面筋蛋白短肽(AWGH、PWGH和PPWGH)具有较好的镇痛作用。在小鼠热板法实验中,其痛阈提高百分率分别为(77.78±13.82)%、(81.22±9.69)%和(79.78±22.77)%;在小鼠醋酸扭体实验中,其扭体抑制率分别为(38.25±2.98)%(、57.82±3.04)%和(52.43±3.87)%。

Abstract:研究了经DEAE-纤维素离子交换柱分离的富锌液态发酵姬松茸胞内多糖组分对小鼠肝癌实体型Heps的体内抑制效果,同时考察了柱层析过后各组分中锌元素的分布情况及给药后小鼠血清锌的变化情况。分离所得组分MP-2在5 mg/(kg.d)剂量下抑瘤率为59.5%(p<0.001),MP-3在10 mg/(kg.d)剂量下抑瘤率为68.1%(p<0.001),两样品在10 mg/(kg.d)剂量下均能使小鼠脾指数显著提高。组分MP-2含锌率3.38‰、MP-3含锌率2.46‰,远高于组分MP-1的含锌率0.12‰;注射样品MP-2、MP-3的实验组小鼠血清锌浓度皆显著高于不给予富锌样品的阴性对照组(p<0.05)。

Abstract:提供了预富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定药食两用中药浸泡液中的痕量镉的新方法。采用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)作配位剂,在pH 5.0-8.0的条件下,用固体硅胶捕集、抽滤分离Cd-APDC配合物,然后用1 moL/L盐酸从膜滤纸上洗下硅胶,得到能够直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定的镉悬浊液。该法简便快速,富集100倍时的特征质量为2.8×10-14g。用此方法测定4药食两用中药浸泡液中的痕量镉,当n=5时,标准偏差为0.002 5-0.005 8,RSD为:0.012-0.052,样品的加标回收率为91.8%和111.1%,结果较为满意。
