Abstract:研究了蛋白酶法提取茶叶加工后茶渣中蛋白质的工艺。结果显示,碱性蛋白酶和复合蛋白酶提取效果较好;碱性蛋白酶法提取的最佳工艺为酶加量49/6、液固比35:1(mL/g)、提取时间4h,提取率可达34.29,6;复合蛋白酶法提取的最佳提取工艺为酶加量39,6、液固比35:1(mL/g)、提取时间4h,提取率可达18.69/6;双酶法提取中,采用先复合蛋白酶,后碱性蛋白酶,提取效果较好,并且碱性蛋白酶占总酶加量比例对提取率的影响较大,当碱性蛋白酶占25%时,提取率达到最大,为42.19,6;双酶法提取的最佳提取工艺为pH8.0,温度60℃,酶加量49,6,提取率可达47.8%。

Abstract:采用戊二酸酐法合成展青霉素-半戊二酸(PAT-HG),通过活泼酯法将PAT-HG偶联到牛血清白蛋白,制备了展青霉素免疫抗原(PAT—HG—BSA),免疫3只BALB/c小鼠,经4次免疫后,1号小鼠血清抗展青霉索抗体效价迭1:1600,且小鼠抗展青霉素多克隆抗体与展青霉素检测抗原的结合能被展青霉素阻断。

Abstract:研究在负荷为20 kg COD/(m3.d)正常运行的EGSB(Expanded Granular Sludge Bed)反应器中,处理高浓硫酸盐废水。经过一个月左右的驯化,在进水COD为4 000 mg/L的条件下,进水SO42-质量浓度可提升至约1 800 mg/L,获得了9 kg SO42-/(m3.d)的运行能力。较高的有机负荷使得产气量较大随之带来明显的气提效应,再加上较高的上升流速所产生的良好的气固分离效果,使得气相中的硫元素含量较高,达到了质量分数43.8%。硫酸盐还原菌所能达到的最大电子流比重为31.4%,对应的最低COD/SO42-值约为2.0。EGSB反应器内溶解性硫化物与相应的自由硫化氢质量浓度为255 mg/L和102 mg/L,未对SRB与产甲烷菌产生任何毒性。

Abstract:由长白山温泉附近土壤中筛选得到产海藻糖舍酶菌株,为革兰氏阳性菌,具有芽孢和鞭毛,其最适生长温度为55℃,对这一菌株进行生理生化指标测定。进一步对该菌株所产海藻糖合酶的酶学性质进行研究,酶反应最适作用pH值为7.0,在pH6.6~7.4时该酶稳定,最适作用温度为35℃,在25-45℃时该酶可稳定保存。

Abstract:对美味牛肝菌胞外多糖的高产菌株进行了诱变选育。结果表明,美味牛肝菌原生质体制备的最佳条件是56 h菌龄的菌丝体,酶解温度31~35℃,酶解时间2 h,2%纤维素酶和蜗牛酶体积比1∶1,稳渗剂0.010 92 g/mL的甘露醇;原生质体产量是3.71×105个/mL,再生率是7.32%;15 W紫外灯30 cm处照射时间6 min,对原生质体进行诱变处理。选育出一株胞外多糖产量比原始菌株高30.40%的菌株。

Abstract:巴西蘑菇深层发酵的菌丝体,用热水提取出水溶性成分(主要是活性多糖)后,残渣用体积分数859,6的乙醇提取,对乙醇提取物进行了抑瘤活性的研究。体外细胞培养实验表明,菌丝体醇提物对人肝癌细胞Bel-7402有一定抑制作用,半抑制浓度(IC50)为1507μg/mL:体内则显示出了较强的抑瘤效果,腹腔注射(i.p.)每天10、50、100mg/kg,对S180荷瘤鼠的瘤重抑制率分别为44.72%、66.50%和70.49%;灌胃(p.o.)每天800mg/kg,对S180腹水瘤鼠的生命延长率达到52.94%。结果表明:巴西蘑菇深层发酵菌丝体的醇提物具有较强的抑瘤作用,其具体的功效成分值得进一步研究。

Abstract:采用HS-SPME与GC—MS结合的方法,通过对戊糖的4种立体异构物(核糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、来苏糖)与半胱氨酸Maillard反应挥发性产物的分析,确定了部分挥发物的相对质量分数,并对其随反应时间的变化情况进行了比较分析,进而推测戊糖的结构与反应活性的关系。0.4mol/L等摩尔浓度的戊糖与L-半胱氨酸在磷酸盐缓冲液中,120℃,反应40min时,核糖产生的挥发性产物量远高于其他3种戊糖,说明其反应活性最高;当反应时间达到3h后,4种戊糖的挥发性产物量趋同。

Abstract:药用真菌灵芝对7种中药进行发酵,结果表明银杏叶、桑叶、竹叶在添加0.7g/dL时对灵芝的生长有抑制作用,生物量分别为:0.6347、0.6903、0.7960g/dL,干姜、薏苡仁、枸杞、苦养对灵芝的生长有促进作用分别为:1.0509、1.0437、1.0708、L0538g/dL。在清除自由基的效果上,添加苦荞、桑叶、枸杞后灵芝对清除两种自由基的效果不如灵芝本身的效果,清除羟自由基的抑制率分别为:68.2%、66.6%、68.5%;清除超氧阴离子的抑制率分别为:26.9%、31.9%、35%;添加银杏叶、薏苡仁、生姜后灵芝对两种自由基的作用效果都有提高,清除羟自由基的抑制率分别为70.5%、75%、70.6%;清除超氧阴离子的抑制率为34.9、38%、33%。
