Abstract:采用一套有效容积为3.2L的UASB反应器,接种普通城市污水处理厂污泥浓缩池污泥,以自配合NH4^+N和NO2^-N的废水为进水,对ANAMMOX反应过程的启动和运行特征进行了研究.结果表明:进水溶解氧质量浓度为2.7~3.2mg/L,反应器的启动经历了污泥适应期、ANA-MMOX活性表现期及ANAMMOX活性提高期3个阶段,在反应器运行的第119天,NH4^+N和NO2^-N的去除率分别为96.6%,75.4%,成功启动了厌氧氨氧化过程.在将NH^+-N浓度从50mg/L提高到70mg/L,使进水中NH4^+N比NO2^-N为1:1.32时,NH4^+N、NO2^--N、TN的去除率分别达到了99.9%,99.9%和91.2%.ANAMMOX反应过程中,去除的NH4^+-N、NO2^--N和生成的NO3^--N的比例表现为1:1.54:0.30.pH出水高于进水,稳定在8.4左右.碱度进、出水变化不大.获得的具有厌氧氨氧化活性的污泥为褐色,并在反应器的下部形成了褐色颗粒污泥.运行表明,容积负荷、反应区温度对ANAMMOX反应的稳定运行产生明显影响.

Abstract:采用动态流变仪研究了AIcalase碱性蛋白酶在酶凝大豆蛋白7S,11S组分和不同配比的7S和11S组分的混合物的过程中温度、酶的添加量对体系流变性质的影响.结果表明:7S和11S的酶凝反应均受温度和加酶量的综合影响,低温均有利于两者的凝胶:20~40℃下都能得到较高的凝胶强度;在各个温度下两者也都有一个最适的酶添加量.两者相比较:温度对11S的影响更为明显,相同条件下11S所形成的凝胶强度要比7S大.11S是使大豆蛋白胶凝的主要组分,7S是影响胶凝的重要组分。

Abstract:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,研究了酸解氧化淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯的接枝共聚反应.探讨了淀粉与单体比例对接枝共聚反应的影响;选择接枝反应温度、PH值为自变量,应用中心组合设计,考察淀粉接枝反应过程中接枝百分率、接枝效率和单体转化率的变化,采用多元二次回归和响应面分析等手段,对接枝反应进行优化.研究发现,酸解氧化淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚反应的最佳条件为单体与淀粉质量比为80:100、接枝反应温度为70℃左右、PH值为4左右,对应接枝百分率为28.2%,接枝效率为49.1%,单体转化率为99.8%.

Abstract:研究了玉米蛋白粉中玉米黄素的抗肿瘤活性。采用体外培养的人癌细胞株——人口腔鳞癌KB细胞作为对象,观察玉米黄素对抑瘤活性、细胞周期的影响,发现玉米黄素对KB细胞24h的半数抑制浓度IC50为35μmol/L,在20μmol/L时即明显抑制KB细胞的对数生长;细胞周期分析显示时相左移,G1期细胞百分率增多,S期、G2+M期百分率降低.DNA凝胶电泳显示30μmool/L玉米黄素作用72h能使KB细胞的DNA发生明显的降解.因此从玉米蛋白粉中提取的玉米黄素能明显抑制KB细胞生长,其抗肿瘤活性强,对细胞周期的影响提示G0期阻滞.

Abstract:苦荞麦中蛋白质的生物价非常高,具有降低胆固醇、预防胆固醇沉积、抑制体内胆结石形成等多种生理功能.作者从抗疲劳、提高运动能力作用方面研究苦荞麦蛋白质的生理活性.实验中将小鼠随机分组,连续灌胃4周,检测小鼠的附重游泳、爬杆时间等生化指标.试验结果表明:苦荞麦球蛋白质可以显著的提高小鼠的附重游泳时间、爬杆时间和肝糖原的含量,有效的降低血乳酸和血清尿素的含量.球蛋白质具有抗疲劳作用,主要原因是其氨基酸组成中F因子低,可以抑制5-羟色胺的形成,对神经中枢系统(CNS)的抑制作用降低,使活动能力增强和耐力时间延长.

Abstract:建立了以纸层析法定量检测麦芽糖基β–环状糊精含量的方法.通过实验确定了适宜的展开剂,组成为V(正丙醇)V(正丁醇)V(水)=534;适宜洗脱剂为0.1 mol/L的盐酸溶液. 洗脱时间为14 h.回收实验表明当点样量在150~250 μg时测定结果准确可靠.重复性实验的变异系数为3.58%.纸层析法与HPLC法相比较,测定结果的相对误差为-3.99%.实验证明,纸层析法可作为测定麦芽糖基β–环状糊精的常规方法.
