Abstract:研究海洋真菌多糖YCP对小鼠移植瘤的抑瘤作用和对小鼠免疫功能的影响。采用ICR小鼠S180、Heps移植性肿瘤,C57BL/6小鼠Lewis移植性肿瘤和BALB/cA裸小鼠人肺癌A-549移植性肿瘤实验方法,检测受试药物对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,以荷瘤小鼠的血清半数溶血值(HC50)及吞噬指数K及吞噬系数α值等为指标,观察药物对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响,与空白对照组相比,YCP(9,3mg/kg)静脉注射(iv)对小鼠移植瘤肝癌实体型(Heps)、肉瘤180(S180)、Lewis肺癌的肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用(P〈0.01).YCP(9,3mg/kg)可显著提高S180荷瘤小鼠的吞噬指数K和血清半数溶血值HC50(P〈0.0l,P〈0.05).YCP对ICR小鼠S180、Heps移植性肿瘤,C57BL/6小鼠Lewis移植性肿瘤具有明显的抗肿瘤活性,YCP可显著提高S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract:以过硫酸铵为引发剂,研究了酸解氧化淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯的接枝共聚反应,并探讨了过硫酸铵的氧化和引发机理;红外光谱验证了接枝共聚反应的发生.实验结果表明,在固定淀粉和单体用量的基础上,引发剂用量、酸解氧化时间、PH值、接枝反应温度和反应时间、单体滴加时间等因素都对接枝共聚反应和接枝产物的性能产生影响.当过硫酸铵浓度为30mmol/L、酸解氧化时间为1h、pH值为3.5左右、反应温度在糊化温度以下,即70℃左右、反应时间为3h左右、单体滴加时间为1.5h时,接枝共聚产物的接枝百分率和接枝效率最大。

Abstract:以模拟生活污水为研究对象,在膜通量恒定的条件下,考察了MBR(Membrane Bioreac-tor)内SMP(Soluble Microbial Product)的积累与污泥特性之间的相关性.结果表明,SMP可以被微生物降解,SMP的浓度在反应器中呈先增加后降低.最终趋于稳定的变化趋势,并最终达到其产生—降解的动态平衡.反应器运行初期,絮状污泥的VSS/SS、污泥比基质降解速率、OUR和SVI迅速下降,分别由初始的0.913、0.72 kg/(kg.d)、6.78 mg/(g.d)和108降至第24天的0.72、0.187 kg/(kg.d)、3.74 mg/(g.h)和43,之后缓慢上升,至第40天左右时基本趋于稳定,但均低于初始值.MBR中SMP的积累与污泥特性密切相关,SMP的积累降低了污泥的沉降性能和单位质量污泥的微生物含量及其代谢活性,在膜的截留作用下,系统对污染物的总体去除率未因此而受到影响,系统运行稳定.

Abstract:在退浆废水中,聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种污染严重又难以生物降解的物质,采用Fenton法对其进行预处理,可明显地改善其生化性,研究表明,当溶液初始pH值为4.0,H2O2/Fe^2+(摩尔浓度比)=10,H2O2/COD(质量浓度比)=1.5,反应温度为40℃,反应30min时Fenton预处理的效果最佳,COD去除率达到80%以上,BOD/COD值也由0.1左右增加到0.7.经过活性污泥法的处理,COD去除率由未经预处理时的2%提高到88%左右。

Abstract:研究了发酵培养基成分、补加方式及外源氨基酸对酿酒酵母发酵和表达的影响.结果表明,发酵前在液体发酵培养基中一次性补加酵母抽提物(YE)有利于目的产物的表达,发酵过程中补加YE不利于目的产物的表达,发酵中后期补加适量的葡萄糖有利于阿片肽的表达.添加外源氨基酸对酿酒酵母工程菌的生长有一定的促进作用,而且可以明显地影响阿片肽的表达.通过正交实验对酿酒酵母生长和表达条件进行优化,确定最优工艺参数为:培养基中酵母抽提物质量浓度为25g/L,C:N比2.8,培养基初始PH5.0,摇床转速220r/min.在最优条件下研究了酿酒酵母表达目的产物的情况,总蛋白质质量浓度为614.50mg/L.SDS-PAGE电泳和双波长凝胶扫描结果表明:目的阿片肽约占总分泌蛋白质的5%,其表达量为30.7mg/L,是优化前的1.49倍。

Abstract:采用套式PCR技术,从肺炎克氏杆菌A.S.1.1736基因组中扩增编码GDHt-β亚基基因,对目的基因进行测序并应用生物信息学进行序列分析,结果扩增出约585 bp的目的DNA片段,经GenBank检索对照分析,该基因序列与国外文献报道的同源性达99.34%,表明成功地获得编码GDHt-β亚基的基因,为进一步研究该亚基的结构与生物学功能奠定了基础。

Abstract:研究并优化了银鱼冷冻干燥时的工艺条件,包括预冻方式、加热板程序对冷冻干燥过程的影响,得出银鱼冻干工艺条件为:采用中速冻结的方式将银鱼预冻,在10Pa左右的真空度、冷凝器温度为-45℃的条件下,采用的加热板加热程序分别为0℃保持3h,10℃保持0.5h,20℃保持0.5h,然后将温度升高至40℃,当物料温度接近于加热板温度的时候表示物料基本冻干。

Abstract:制备了番茄红素-2-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,测定了包合物的溶解度、稳定性,比较了包合物及番茄红素的紫外吸光光谱变化,差示扫描量热图谱.结果表明:番茄红素与2-HP-8-CD以摩尔比1:4混合,经研磨法包合处理后,2-羟丙基-β-环糊精与番茄红素形成一种新的物相,包合后番茄红素在水中的溶解度增大到0.5mg/mL,包合物在4℃下放置两个月番茄红素基本不损失,稳定性好。

Abstract:采用组氨酸与血红蛋白形成配位复合物,替代亚硝酸钠的发色作用,研究了pH对配合物紫外吸收的影响,计算出配位平衡常数β,并通过不同温度下测定β值,求出反应的标准摩尔焓和标准摩尔熵,表明配位反应是熵、焓降低的过程。

Abstract:蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris L.)在光照条件下培养,其菌落呈橙黄色,菌丝体中有高含量的类胡萝卜素积累.通过丙酮抽提和硅胶柱层析纯化,获得的蛹虫草类胡萝卜素3个光谱吸收峰为416,439,468nm.该类胡萝卜素在蛹虫草中随时间的变化而有一个产量的高峰期,其最高产量可达472.3μg/g鲜重以上。
