Abstract:研究了用酒精滤液代替原来的工艺用水进行细菌酒精连续发酵试验的可行性;建立了单级无回流连续发酵系统,在稀释率为0.35h-1时,酒精产量为64.0g/L,发酵强度达到22.4g/(L·h);考察了回流比分别为0.5,1.0,稀释率为0.3,0.35,0.4h-1时,滤液回流对连续发酵系统的影响.结果表明:进行一定时间的酒糟滤液全回流的连续回流发酵是可行的,但最大稀释率不宜大于0.35h-1,此时连续发酵的生产强度为22.1g/(L·h),酒精产量为63.1g/L.

Abstract:羟乙基纤维素接枝聚丙烯酸共聚物(HEC g PAA)在选择性溶剂中进行自组装,制备了具有良好分散稳定性的纳米颗粒,用动态激光光散射和透射电子显微镜对纳米颗粒大小分布和形态进行了表征.以生物可降解的HEC g PAA接枝共聚物负载模型药物布洛芬(Ibuprofen),制备载药纳米颗粒(Ib HEC g PAA).在37℃于不同pH的缓冲溶液中进行了体外释放研究.药物释放速率的测定结果表明,以HEC g PAA作为布洛芬的载体,可以在选择性条件下实现药物可控释放的目的.

Abstract:对Monacusspp.3的固体发酵生产MonacolinK的培养条件和培养基进行了优化.考察了物料厚度、起始含水量、发酵时间、起始pH值等发酵条件,以及大米培养基中添加附加碳源、氮源、磷酸盐等的影响.结果表明,固体发酵的培养条件为:物料(大米)厚度在4cm以下,起始pH值自然,培养温度32℃,相对湿度60%~70%,发酵时间为12d;经单因素和正交试验得适宜的发酵培养基为:大米100g,甘油0.2g,玉米浆0.15g,起始含水量50%.且以此优化条件固体发酵培养,MonacolinK产量稳定在1.4mg/g左右,最高产量为1.6mg/g.

Abstract:采用柠檬酸结合抗坏血酸对贮藏期间香菇进行保鲜研究,结果表明,柠檬酸结合抗坏血酸处理香菇,可有效抑制香菇呼吸强度的升高,抑制香菇失重率的增加,降低采后香菇细胞膜透性,减少香菇贮藏期抗坏血酸的损失;在4℃下采用0.05g/dLVC+0.10g/dL柠檬酸处理,可以较好地保鲜香菇,使香菇在10d内保持较好的品质.酸处理对香菇两种装载量包装薄膜袋中氧气和二氧化碳体积分数有一定的影响,装载量小的薄膜袋内,可以保持合适的氧气和二氧化碳体积分数,而装载量大的薄膜袋包装则相反.装载量小的薄膜袋包装更有利于香菇的保鲜.

Abstract:通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、红外、紫外扫描、气相色谱、氨基酸组成、β 消去反应等方法研究松口蘑菌丝体糖蛋白MP的结构性质,结果表明,该糖蛋白的相对分子质量为57000,红外扫描有典型的多糖吸收峰,糖苷键为α型;单糖组成为葡萄糖和木糖,摩尔比(r)为34∶1,紫外扫描有蛋白质吸收峰,蛋白质量分数为75.5%,多糖为24.5%,多糖与蛋白质为O 糖肽键连接.

Abstract:用Alcalase水解酪蛋白,用TNBS法监测酪蛋白的水解度(DH),运用纳滤技术改善产品质量;同时还研究了不同rN/rP(摩尔比)的CPP(酪蛋白磷酸肽)结合钙离子和亚铁离子的能力.结果表明,用Alcalase酶可以使酪蛋白的水解度(DH)达到16%~20%,TNBS法可以明显减少碱的引入,从而降低CPP产品的灰分含量.截留相对分子质量为150的纳滤膜可以适当的降低CPP产品的rN/rP,改善产品质量,而且能达到80%的总氮回收率;在DH为20%左右,rP基本上没有损失.该工艺适合于工业化生产较高rN/rP的CPP产品.rN/rP较低的CPP结合钙的能力好于rN/rP较高的CPP产品;CPP也可以抑制亚铁离子的沉淀.

Abstract:以鹅血为原料,利用醋酸纤维膜电泳,分析鹅血中各球蛋白的质量浓度.采用DEAE 52离子交换和SephdexG 100凝胶层析等方法,对转铁蛋白(Transferrin,Tf)进行了分离纯化及其性质的研究.结果表明,鹅血浆中含有较多的β球蛋白,质量浓度为34.89mg/dL,每毫升血浆可纯化得到3.1mg转铁蛋白.鹅血含铁转铁蛋白(holo Tf)的特征吸收峰为470nm,相对分子质量为77000.鹅转铁蛋白对选用的革兰氏阴性菌 大肠杆菌有抑制作用,Fe3+能够改变转铁蛋白的结构,并影响转铁蛋白的抑菌功能.
