Abstract:对产聚唾液酸菌株大肠杆菌WX J11进行6 0 Co诱变 ,筛选出高产突变株WX J4 ,其聚唾液酸产量可达 10 0 1mg/L ,通过优化发酵条件即在 2 50mL的摇瓶中 ,2 50r/min转速下 ,37℃恒温培养 6 5h ,起始 pH值为 7.8,装液量为 4 0mL ,使聚唾液酸的产量提高到 150 0mg/L .聚唾液酸在菌体生长停止后释放到培养基中 ,动力学上表现为次级代谢产物 .此外 ,还对聚唾液酸的提取、水解和唾液酸的纯化作了初步研究 .

Abstract:以卵黄高磷蛋白质为原料 ,经碱法脱磷、胰蛋白酶水解后分离制备得到一种新型的卵黄高磷蛋白磷酸肽 (PPP) .卵黄高磷蛋白质经 0 .1,0 .2 ,0 .3,0 .4mol/LNaOH处理 3h ,脱磷率分别为34.6 % ,81.6 % ,92 .5% ,96 .3% .SDS PAGE电泳结果显示 ,脱磷卵黄高磷蛋白质经胰蛋白酶水解后 ,产物为小分子肽 .经BaCl2 法和超滤法分离得到的磷酸肽的平均氨基酸残基数分别为 10个与2 0个 .对PPP的钙结合能力进行了研究并同商品化酪蛋白磷酸肽 (CPP)进行了比较 .PPP能有效地与钙络合 ,因而它在功能食品中有着较好的应用前景 .

Abstract:对灰树花深层发酵菌丝体多糖的酶法提取工艺及其抗肿瘤作用进行了研究 .结果表明 :利用复合酶法处理并结合热水浸提 ,缩短了提取时间 ,且能显著提高多糖的提取率 ,多糖提取率达7.4 % ,效果优于其他浸提方法 .动物体内实验证明 ,腹腔注射菌丝体多糖对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180有明显的抑制作用 ,抑制率达 57.6 %~ 6 6 .7% .

Abstract:确立了玉米芯经稀酸预处理后加水蒸煮提取木聚糖 ,然后再加酶水解提取液的生产低聚木糖的工艺路线 .玉米芯在质量分数为 0 .1%的H2 SO4 溶液中于 6 0℃下浸泡 12h后 ,滤去浸泡液并水洗至 pH 6左右 ,然后采用液固比 10∶1,150℃ ,30min的蒸煮条件进行蒸煮 .结果表明 ,可溶性木聚糖的提取得率达 17% (按玉米芯计 ) ,提取液的RS/TS小于 33% .提取液和渣一起用木聚糖酶进行水解 ,可获得阿拉伯糖 /葡萄糖 /木糖 /木二糖 /木三糖之比为 7.7∶6 .8∶11.5∶54.1∶19.8的高纯度低聚木糖产品 .低聚木糖的质量分数大于 70 % (对总糖 ) ,且产品的可溶性总糖得率达2 6 .4 % (对玉米芯 ) .
