Abstract:以海藻酸钙为载体包埋黑曲霉AS0 0 2 3孢子 ,培养后得到固定化增殖细胞 .将此固定化增殖细胞填入填充床反应器中以用于连续化生产低聚果糖 .研究了连续操作时的最佳工艺参数 .结果表明 ,在D 3 .5cm× 50cm的小型夹套层析柱上 ,最佳操作参数为 pH 6.5,50℃ ,体积流量 1 .3mL/min ;扩大到D 5.5cm× 1 0 0cm中型填充床反应器中 ,确定其最佳操作参数为 pH 6.5,50℃ ,体积流量 6.0mL/min ;在此条件下所得产品中低聚果糖质量分数达 53 % ,并且连续反应 1 7d低聚果糖质量分数保持在 50 %以上 .

Abstract:对经疏水层析 (PhenylSepharoseCL 4L)和阴离子交换层析 (DEAE FastFlow)等部分纯化的样品 ,采用制备型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进一步将其分离纯化 ,获得了PG3 7碱性脂肪酶的 3种同工酶LipaseⅠ、LipaseⅡ和LipaseⅢ .用SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和SephadexG 1 50凝胶色谱法分别测得同工酶的相对分子质量为 2 750 0和 2 90 0 0 .测定了LipaseⅠ的等电点为 5.4 ,动力学常数Km 和Vmax分别为 4 .54g/dL和 5.56μmol/ (min·μg) .

Abstract:采用国内α 淀粉酶生产常用菌株BF7658变异菌种 ,直接以麸皮为原料固态发酵法生产α 淀粉酶 ,得到较适宜的条件为 :培养基初始含水量 (质量分数 )为 60 % ,起始 pH自然 ,液体接种量为 5mL/kg ,3 7~ 3 9℃培养 4 8~ 60h ,三角瓶培养产酶水平可达 1 2 4 8U/ g ,浅盘培养平均产酶可达 1754U/ g .固态发酵生产细菌α 淀粉酶产酶水平为液体深层发酵法的 4~ 5倍 ,并且成本低廉 ,具有较好的经济和环境效益 .

Abstract:对中国各地收集到的数十个红曲米样品中的桔霉素进行了定性及定量测定 ,测定结果表明 ,除少数几个红曲米样品中未测出桔霉素外 ,其它红曲米样品都测出桔霉素 ,红曲红产品中也发现含有桔霉素 .用酵母膏蔗糖培养基 (能检测霉菌是否产生真菌毒素 )培养了近 4 0株红曲霉 ,从菌落形态特征看 ,大多数是Moanascusanka ,定性检测结果表明 ,大多数菌株的培养液中都检测出桔霉素 ,说明这些红曲菌种本身具有产生桔霉素的能力 .初步总结了定性和定量测定高色价红曲米中桔霉素的方法 .
