Abstract:以圆弧青霉白色变株PB227 为出发株⒙通过多次诱变⒙筛选抗真菌抗生素的抗性株和抗底物、底物结构类似物或分解产物的抗性株⒙获得一株己酸抗性突变株PG37⒙其产酶水平比出发株PB227 菌株提高了1.5 倍⒙达到557 μm ol/⒉m in·m L⒕.PG37 所产脂肪酶的最适作用pH 为10.0⒙最适作用温度为25 ℃⒙在pH 7.0~10.5 范围内稳定.

Abstract:∶研究了Streptococcuszooepidem icsH23 摇瓶发酵生产透明质酸的条件,并对发酵机制进行了初步探讨.研究发现,H23 在通风和厌氧条件下都能生产透明质酸.透明质酸的合成和菌体生长是偶联的,对不同的碳源质量浓度显示出不同的规律.酵母膏、葡萄糖是合适的氮源和碳源,初始质量浓度应分别为2 g/dL、4 g/dL. Mg2+ 对发酵有很大的影响,MgSO4·7H2O 最佳质量浓度为0.2 g/dL. 摇瓶条件如温度、通风等也影响透明质酸的形成,温度33 ℃,摇瓶装液量40 m L时最有利于透明质酸合成.在较适合的条件下,透明质酸产量可以达到0.47 g/L,产物对碳源的转化率为2.1% .

Abstract:对一株从土壤中筛选出来的产蓝色素的放线菌进行了初步鉴定, 命名为天蓝色链霉菌-100(Streptom yces coelicolor-100 ),并对蓝色素的性质进行了研究.结果表明此色素无臭无味,水溶性较强.酸性条件下,溶解度随pH 降低而减小.pH< 8 时为红色,pH≥8 时为蓝色,颜色随pH 增大而加深.于100 ℃短时间处理,比较稳定.在pH 中性的条件下对光(包括紫外光)较稳定.大多数金属离子如Ba2+ 、K+ 等对此色素无影响,Mg2+ 使色素增色.Fe2+ 在5×10-4 m ol/L时,使色素变性,但在5×10-5 m ol/L时,对色素没有多大影响.Pb2+ 可以络合色素,使之沉淀;加入0.25% 盐酸乙醇后,色素再溶解.该蓝色素可作为天然色素或天然pH 指示剂开发.

Abstract:在摇瓶条件下, 以淀粉为碳源,蛋白胨及酵母膏为氮源,对Streptoverticilliumm obaraense生产谷氨酰胺转胺酶(MTG)的摇瓶发酵条件进行了探索.研究结果表明,发酵法生产谷氨酰转胺酶的适宜初始pH 值、淀粉质量浓度、接种量分别为6.1,2 g/dL,10% ;MTG酶活最高可达1.83 um ol/(m in·m L).初始加入硫酸铵对菌体生长影响不大,但对MTG 的合成却产生抑制作用;初始加入纯氨基酸及胱氨酸母液不利于MTG 酶活的提高.
