Abstract:在利用无锡轻工业学院开发的多管带保护风磺化器和Chemithon磺化器进行新产品MES(α-脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠)开发试验基础上,结合国内设计的“白猫”磺化器及Allied磺化器生产情况,对膜式磺化器不同型式处理不同原料的传质特性进行了研究,得出了一个和经典对流传质模型十分接近的结果,充分肯定了磺化器反应气膜扩散控制的正确性。本文不但提出了膜式磺化器的设计方法,还理论分析了结构参数和操作参数对磺化率的影响。
