Abstract:本文介绍了对山芋干酒精废糟进行粗滤,所得滤液全部回用于酒精生产的实验室研究结果。其方案之一是将粗滤液先培养丝状茵,再将二次过滤液回用;方案二是将粗滤液直接回流。经过十三到十五次的全回流表明,粗滤液全回流是可行的。另外,每100ml酒糟粗滤时可得到含干物质15%左右的湿滤渣约33g,其粗蛋白含量为17.5%(干基)。将粗滤液摇瓶培养根霉26号茵株10小时可得粗干茵体1.5—2.0g/100ml,其粗蛋白含量25%左右。

Abstract:本文介绍了采用银化硅胶薄层层析(Ag~+-TLC)结合胰脂酶催化水解和气液色谱(GLC)脂肪酸分析的甘油三酯分析方法。用此方法对我国现产乌桕皮脂的甘油三酯成分的测定结果表明:桕脂甘油三酯的主要成分(78.9—85.3%mol)是001型。这部分甘油三酯具有β—SMS结构。其他甘油三酯成分主要有000型(7.9—15.1%mol)、011型(0.5—2.5%mol)和002型(2.7—4.6%mol)等。本文还介绍了用溶剂分提法制取类可可脂的结果,所得类可可脂产品的收率为84.7—86.3%,熔点;334—34.2℃,Ⅳ:34.8—35.0,SFC值:10℃时91.4—91.8%,30℃时63.6—64.2%,35℃时0—0.2%。对类可可脂产品的甘油三酯成分也作了介绍。

Abstract:过度金属离子的存在对硼酸盐中硼的测定有干扰,以往标准硼酸甲酯蒸馏分离法存在时间冗长,操作繁杂等问题。本文提出一简便易行的硼含量测定方法。该方法利用8—羟基喹啉掩蔽金属离子,在不分离金属离子条件下能够快速准确地进行硼含量的测定。
