    Abstract:

In order to unveil the population structure of the mold strains which may cause contamination in food and their production environments and packing materials, the 55 isolates were first collected and mono-spore purified from the collected samples, and then the morphological and molecular characterization means were both conducted to identify the mold strains to the species level. The experimental results have indicated that the 55 isolates of mold species identified mainly include AspergillusFusariumPenicilliumCladosporium and Alternaria species, etc. These achieved data would be valuable references for safety control and monitoring of contamination of mold species.
