    Abstract:

Prepared of Pd/MSN and its catalytic performance on glucose to sodium gluconate were studied in this manuscript. The structure of Pd/MSN was characterized by FI-IR,XRD,SEM and TEM. The catalytic performance of the catalysts used in oxidation of glucose was evaluated. The experimental results showed that Pd/MSN had uniform particle size, higher dispersion and excellent glucose oxidase activity. The optimal condition of the reaction was as follows:4% palladium loading, stirring rate 500 r/min,reaction temperature at 80℃. A catalytic activity of 95.6% was obtained under the optimal preparation condition.
