    Abstract:

Combining Quantum dot fluorescence labeled technique, magnetic separation technology and competitive immunoassay technology,a new immune detection method of aflatoxin B1(AFB1) was constructed.Primarily, the cadmium telluride quantum dots(CdTe QDs) were prepared in aqueous phase, magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by using hydrothermal synthesis, and characterized by TEM,fluorescence spectra,XRD and Infrared spectroscopy. Then taking AFB1 artificial antigen functionalized magnetic nanoparticles as capture probes,Luminescent quantum dot labeled antibody as signal probes, based on the competitive immune principle, established a novel detection method for AFB1.Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity was linear in the range of 0.1 ng/mL~100 ng/mL of standardized AFB1 with the detection limit of 0.03 ng/mL.This method has been proven to be higher accuracy.
