    Abstract:

This study was carried out to explore a feed protein production from the corn bran by mixed- stain solid-state fermentation with Trichoderma koningii and Candida tropicalis. With the single-factor and orthogonal experimental optimization of the nutritional and environmental conditions for xylanase activity and protein production, the optimal conditions were as follows: wheat bran 25%,solid-liquid ratio 1:1.5,pH 5.5.Under the above conditions, the true protein content in the final product achieved>20%after the fermentation at 30℃for 7 d,and the xylanase activity reached 1 300 IU/g,which diplayed a considerable potential to future practical application.
