    Abstract:

    Uniform Design was used to select the best inclusion processing conditions for the compound of puerarin with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD).CD,TLC,UV and IR were applied to verify the inclusion complex.Experiments showed that solubility,optical properties,hydrophilic nature of the inclusion complex had been improved.That provided a theoretical basis inorder to develop the role of the time delay of puerarin new oral dosage form.
