    Abstract:

Forty-eight strains were isolated from the fresh hami melon juice using the dilution plate method. Those isolated strains divided into ten groups according to the morphological features. Then the 16S rDNA sequences were performed by employing the universal prime bacterial for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification. The alignment search was performed with BLAST and GenBank databases, then compared this sequences using the software of Clastal1.81,the phylogenetic tree was built using Mega 4.1 software. From the phylogenetic tree,it could be concluded that Bacillus subtilis is the main cultivated bacteria in the fresh hami melon juice and the following is Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus mojavensis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain RE7,Burkholderia cepacia strain ATCC 21809,Acinetobacter baumannii, and Enterococcus sp,Klebsiella sp.
