    Abstract:

The aim of this study is to develop acticarbon preparation process from Corpus amygdaloideum. For this, with the adsorptivity of methylthionine chloride and the adsorptivity of iodine as indexes, response surface analysis was applied to acquire the optimum process parameters and listed as follows: activation temperature 600℃,activation time 90min,the rate of solid-liquid 1:3,the consistence of zinc chloride 50%,the power of microwave 700w,and the radiation time of microwave 7min.
