    Abstract:

    The aim of this study is to increase accuracy of tobacco flavors analysis results,for this,a polar coupling column system was adopted to optimize,analysize and comprise with GC/MS analysis results and the relationship between taste and chemical compounds obtained by different analysis results was comprised.The results showed that polar coupling column system exhibited greater separate ability,the compounds qualified were much more than that of one-dimensional GC/MS and has higher accordance to the taste result.Those results has proven that the system can fully qualify chemical compounds in tobacco flavors and,increase scientific nature and efficiency of flavor blending.
