    Abstract:

This manuscript study the relationship between acetobacter biomass and the amount of acetic acid production in a carrier adsorption fermentation with comcobs as carriers.A series of optimum process parameters were achieved and listed as follows:(1)the initial ethanol content is 5-7%;(2) the content of substrate(acetic acid) is 1%;(3)The carriers could Absorb the acetobacter and it is the place of acetification;(4)The combination of phase gas-offering and alterable frequency insufflation could improve the acetic acid conversion rate 3%(compared with that of gas-offering models) and 12%(that of non-carriers fermentation),respectively.
