    Abstract:

    A strain ZS2058 was selected from the strains separated from fermented vegetables and raw milk for biosynthesis of conjugated linoleic acid. The strain was identified as Lactobacillus plantarum by API system. The strain could tolerate at 11.6%(1.024 mg/mL
