Analysis and Identification of Radish Resistance to TuMV According to the Changes of Enzymes Activity

Abstract:

The activity of three enzymes in radish leaves resistant or susceptible to TuMV after inoculation was measured. The result showed that POD activity of varieties resistant to TuMV is lower than varieties susceptible to TuMV and increases after inoculation.
