金钗石斛水提物对高血脂症大鼠的降血脂作用

    研究金钗石斛水提物对治疗性高血脂症大鼠的降血脂作用及其机制。水提法制备金钗石斛水提物;取成年雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、金钗石斛水提物低、高剂量组(分别相当于生药量0.425、2.55 g/(kg·d)),空白组饲喂普通饲料,其他组均给予高脂饲料。8周后测定大鼠血清中TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、AST、ALT,肝脏中MDA、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、LPL、HL和PHPA,粪便中TC、TG和总胆汁酸浓度。与模型组比较金钗石斛水提物低、高剂量组,均显著降低血清中TG、LDL-C的浓度,降低ALT活性,升高HDL-C浓度,肝脏中MDA降低,而SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、LPL和HL活性升高,粪便中TG和总胆汁酸浓度升高。金钗石斛水提物能够显著降低血脂,对高血脂症大鼠有治疗作用。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the hypolipidemic effect of Dendrobium nobile Aqueous Extract(DNAE)in hyperlipidemic rats and its mechanisms. Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,hyperlipidemia model group,low and high dose groups(0.425,2.55 g/(kg·d)).The normal control group was fed with normal diet and others three groups were fed with high-fat diet. After administrations for 8 weeks,the contents of serum TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,AST and ALT were measured. The contents of liver MDA,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,LPL,HL,PHPA and TC,TG,total bile acid in feces were detected. Compared with the model group,DNAE could decrease the contents of serum TG,LDL-C,ALT and liver MDA ,increase the contents of serum HDL-C,increase the activity of liver SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,LPL and HL,increase the contents of feces TG and total bile acid. CONCLUSION:DNAE can obviously decrease blood lipid and therefore it can be applied for treatment of hyperlipidemic rats.
