通过正相硅胶色谱和反相硅胶柱色谱从苦瓜中分离得到一种物质,定性检验该物质为苦瓜皂甙,薄层色谱检验为单一化合物,反相高效液相色谱鉴定其纯度为98.45%.进一步用质谱对其分子结构进行初步推断,这种皂甙是一个连有2个糖基的母核荷质比为491、相对分子质量为815的皂甙.
