摘要:

研究热交联型计算机直接制版版材的成像层配方、成像以及后处理方法 .在配方中主要包含 3类物质 :酚醛树脂 (可熔性酚醛树脂和酚醛清漆树脂 )、红外吸收染料、潜布郎斯台德酸 (质子酸 )以及一些添加成分 ,如对苯二甲醛和 3,4 ,5 三甲氧基苯甲酸 .用红外激光曝光后 ,再经过烤版、显影 ,可以形成阴图型版材 ;实验证明图象区是亲油墨的 ,非图象区是亲水的 .
