建立了一种比较精确和简便的高碘酸氧化法直接测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇质量浓度的方法 ,通过校正吸光度值以消除发酵液中葡萄糖对赤藓糖醇质量浓度测定的干扰和影响 ,赤藓糖醇质量浓度测定值的相对误差控制在 5%以内 .精密度实验和回收率实验表明 ,此法准确可靠 .

Abstract:

A quantitative method for erythritol was developed by periodate oxidation, which allowed the easy and rapid analysis of erythritol of the fermentation supernatant. The accuracy test and recovery test showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
